20 KANTO GAKUIN NEWS No.45関東学院各校NEWSびのびのば園となって初めての運動会が行われました。天候にも恵まれ、子ども達の成長を保護者の方々とともに喜ぶことができました。「一人ひとりが輝いて」のテーマ通り、それぞれの個性を持った子ども達は、輝いて見えました。 大型看板は0･1歳児と4歳児が共同制作し、2歳児と5歳児との種目も加わり、準備の段階から大家族のような楽しさに満たされました。 日々の生活の中で5歳児は、2歳児の子ども達と手を繋いで散歩へ出かける等、関わりを持ってきましたので、当日も優しくリードすることができ、 一緒にあ・そ・ぼのびのびのば園教諭 五月女 千鶴の[Mutsuura Kindergarten]Pursuing Enjoyment of LearningMutsuura Kindergarten organizes “Child-rearing Seminars” about five to seven times annually. This is a project to support parents and others who are raising children. In September, we invited Dr. Sasaki, a child psychiatrist, as the speaker. Parents of kindergarten children and residents in the neighboring communities participated in the seminar. The speaker in October was Mr. Yoshihara, Managing Director of Kanto Gakuin. In November, Mr. Ueda, a Fisheries Agency staff member who serves as a supervisor on fish-related issues, gave a speech on the theme of “Fish is Great! The Tastiness and Safety of Fish” along with a demonstration. Encouraged by the smiling and contented faces of participants, we would like to continue providing better opportunities for learning.[Nobinobi Noba En Pre-school]Let's Play Together! The first Sports Day was held since the kindergarten had been reorganized as the certified nursery “Nobi-Nobi Noba-en.” The event was a great opportunity to share the pleasure of witnessing the growth of children with their parents. The theme of the Sports Day was “Let the brilliance of individual children shine.” Throughout the event, all the children were truly shining brightly. Zero-, one-, and four-year old children jointly produced a large billboard with the support of the five-year old children. The activity helped the five-year old children feel that they are useful for others and it also raised their motivation and level of responsibility. The tangible sense of being loved and cared for and the first-hand experience of being needed by others in a group helped the children build self-acceptance within themselves.と子どもの物の見方の違いなど、子どもの世界を捉える新しい視点をいただきました。「もじゃもじゃペーターの絵本が欲しくなりました」という声が、たくさん聞かれた程です。11月は、水産庁職員であり魚のスーパーバイザー上田勝彦さんから『魚ってすごい! ─その美味しさと安全─』というテーマでお話と実演をしていただきました。魚を食べるという事が大切な日本の文化であるという事に改めて気づかされ、簡単で美味しい魚料理に舌鼓を打ちました。私たちは、参加された方々の笑顔や満足そうな顔に支えられ、これからもよりよい学びの機会を作っていきたいと思います。学び合う喜びを求めて六浦幼稚園主任 鈴木 直江稚園では子育て支援事業として「子育て講演会」を年に5〜7回開いており、在園の保護者だけではなく地域の方々にもご参加いただいて実施しております。講師や講演内容は、参加される方々のニーズを探りながら、幅広い分野から豊かな出会いを提供したいと願い選んでいます。9月は、児童精神科医の佐々木正美先生から『親の気持ち 子の気持ち』というテーマでお話を伺いました。人間関係力をきちんと育てなければ健全な社会性は育たないというお話に、親子関係や子どもにとっての遊びの意味を見つめ直す機会となりました。10月は、関東学院常務理事でいらっしゃる吉原高志先生から『異文化としての子ども』というテーマでお話を伺いました。ドイツ文学・絵本の世界を通して、両義的な世界のお話や大人幼大変微笑ましく、逞しくも見えました。現在も数人の子ども達が午睡後の着替えの手伝いに行っています。 これらの活動は5歳児に、自分たちが役に立っていることを実感させ、やる気と責任感を芽生えさせるようになりました。また、2歳児は5歳児に憧れをもち、大きくなることを喜んでいます。 核家族が多く、兄弟姉妹も少ない現代社会ですが、子ども達同士が支え合って生活し遊んでいく中で、思いやりや優しい心が育まれて行くことが分ります。「愛され・大切にされているという確かな実感と、集団の中で必要とされている自分の経験」が子ども達の自己受容を高めているといえるでしょう。神様の愛は直接目に見えるものではありませんが、関わりの中で感じていくことができます。
